So, here it is: HRE 2.1.0 (Website)

It's still very rough, but after some manual tuning (such as copying a good .cl file into $HOME/.recognizers/default.cl) it should be able to provide some results.

Just to repeat it: this release is made for people who want to look at the source code, not for ones that just want to install something to play with it.

Update: I registered this project at Fundable to collect 500 EUR to continue development of this project (you can pay easily via PayPal - I think even if you don't have an account at PayPal).
